Location and Access to Apartments
Where are Platinia Apartments located? Are they all in one place?
Our apartments are located in a single building at 12 Starowiślna Street, in the heart of Krakow. All apartments are private residences, fully available for guests during their stay.
How far is it from the Main Market Square?
The apartments are just a 10-minute walk from the Main Market Square and the Old Town.
How to get from the airport to Platinia Apartments?
To get from Krakow Airport (John Paul II International Airport Kraków-Balice) to Platinia Apartments, you have several transportation options:
Airport Transfer: Contact us for more details.
Public Transport: Take a train from the airport to Kraków Główny station. From the main station, it’s just a short walk to Platinia Apartments (around 15 minutes). The train journey takes about 21 minutes, and the ticket costs between 10 PLN and 13 PLN.
What tourist attractions are located near the property?
Platinia Apartments is conveniently located in Krakow, close to attractions such as the Old Town, Wawel Castle, and the Cloth Hall (Sukiennice).
Check-in and Check-out
Is there a reception at the property?
Yes, the property has a reception. It is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How to check in and collect the room keys?
Check-in at Platinia Premium Apartments starts at 3:00 PM. Room keys are issued at the reception. Please inform the property in advance of your expected arrival time.
How to check out?
Similar to check-in, check-out is also self-service and must be done by 11:00 AM. Keys should be left at the reception.
Is early check-in or late check-out possible?
Yes, subject to availability, we offer early check-in or late check-out for an additional fee of 25 PLN per hour. Late check-out is available until 2:00 PM at the latest. If you need to extend your stay, an additional night must be booked.
Amenities and Equipment
Is Wi-Fi available at the property?
Yes, free, unlimited Wi-Fi internet is available in every apartment.
Does Platinia Apartments have parking for guests?
Guests can use parking spaces on the nearby streets (subject to availability). We do not have private parking.
Are breakfasts included in the offer?
Currently, we do not offer breakfast, but there are many restaurants and cafes nearby serving delicious meals.
Is it possible to add a crib?
Yes, upon request, we provide a crib and a high chair for an additional fee of 40 PLN per stay. Please contact us in advance regarding this request.
Is smoking allowed in the apartments?
Smoking is prohibited throughout the property.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.
Are the apartments cleaned during the stay?
For stays longer than 7 days, we provide cleaning once a week. Additional cleaning is also available upon request for an extra fee.
Payments and Invoices
What payment methods are available?
We accept payments by card, bank transfer, and through online payment systems. For bookings made through external platforms (e.g., Booking, Airbnb), the payment methods available on those sites apply.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices. To receive one, please provide your company’s VAT number before making the payment. Invoices are sent electronically.
Do the listed prices apply to the entire apartment or per person?
The prices apply to the rental of the entire apartment, regardless of the number of people declared in the reservation.
