24h Reception desk is available at any time of the day and night. Our Personnel is always ready to provide all required information about your stay in Platinia Apartments. We try to do our best to make our Guests feel safe and comfortable so you could take with you only pleasant memories about your stay in Platinia Apartments and Kraków visiting.
If you need to keep something in safe, you can ask for it at the Reception desk. You will be given a special plastic stripe identifying your package in safe.
If there is a need you can always leave your luggage in our luggage room before check-in or after check-out.
The luggage room is situated opposite to reception desk.
Qualified transfer driver will meet and pick our Guests up at any time of day and night (we ask for the e-mail contact in advance for the price details)
Massage and other cosmetological offers could be served right in our Guest’s room. There are different types of massage and other procedures are available.
Our hotel is a great point to start your walking tours as well as to continue your further walks in Lesser Poland. Tours to: Auschwitz-Birkenau, Wieliczka Salt Mine, walking Krakow tours or Melex (electric car) tour. All the tours could be booked while making reservation or at the reception desk during your check-in.
We are pleased to organise lunch or dinner reservation for our Guests at Polish restaurants.
For the special request we can order flowers and presents from the Flower Shop “GAJA”, located at the 19 Stradomska street.
There is an option to rent a car or a bike what helps you to broaden your knowledge about Krakow and its suburbs.
